Social Responsibility

From the beginning, WinTrust adopted a business model with the policy of hiring employees instead of using contractors or sub-contracting the services.

We think that a socially responsible company should demonstrate, by actions and not just by words, that the Human Resources Management is a critical asset on this activity. Additionally, and based on the company’s mission, the employees can only achieve the trust of the final client if they embody the spirit and truly feel that they are part of a trustworthy company with an ambitious vision.

Moreover, we support and contribute, with employees’ contribution, to social non-profitable organizations, like “Ajuda de Berço”.
